Revised Procedures for
Issued with Amendments
Effective Monday, April 13, 2020
Due to COVID-19 and for the safety of our
producers, policyowners and others, we will temporarily change
the procedure for policies that are issued with amendments.
a policy is amended, the agent and the policyowner will
complete a three-way call into our call center once the
policyowner receives the policy, and
the agent confirms from the
policyowner that the changes are accepted.
initiates the call to Agent Relations with the
policyowner and completes the three-way call with Agent
Agent Relations associate will read the amendment as it is
obtain a voice signature, the policyowner will be asked if
he/she agrees with the changes.
In addition, as part of COVID-19 response, all
policies will be mailed directly to the policyowner.
