employees. We have been closely monitoring the latest local and
national reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) concerning
the coronavirus (COVID-19).
We are committed to the health of our employees and community and that
is why we decided to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus by
asking employees to work remotely if possible. This resolution is
the best way for us to keep our employees safe and to continue
providing you with the high level of service you have come to
expect from NGL. We appreciate your understanding while we work
through this change.
We are taking precautions to continue to serve our customers in a
safe and effective manner. Please see below for the tools we are
providing you and your agents to keep your business with us running as
smooth as possible and what you can do to help.
Contacting Us
During this time we encourage you to email all of your correspondences
to the contact information listed below and only mail paperwork when
absolutely necessary. Payment information forms, policy service
request forms and sensitive personal information can be securely
emailed to nbservices@nglic.com.
If you are unable to email these documents please fax all new
business, new business corrections, policy changes and policy
information requests to 608.373.7384.
*We do not require Social Security numbers to be completed
on our forms. Please do not include this if you are emailing information*
We are expecting a higher than normal call volume and ask for any
non-immediate questions to be emailed.
Commissions
We understand the recent pandemic may affect your new and ongoing
business. To help mitigate the impact during this unprecedented time,
we are reviewing our policies regarding possible lapse due to
non-payment, death before issue, not-takens and any other commission
related factors the coronavirus may cause. We will provide you
with more on this topic when details are available.
If your commissions are paid via check, we recommend enrolling in
electronic funds transfer (EFT) in the event the postal service is
impacted. Please click
